If you click on them, and you see the contents in the left pane, but the right pane of the window only contains "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" or a similar message, please save the file to your computer first, before opening it. If the problem persists, right-click on the file, select Properties command, press the Unlock button on the General tab, and then press OK.
